Indian refiner IOC in talks to buy 40% interest in Indonesia's Medco Energi

Singapore-India's largest state-owned refiner and marketer Indian Oil Corp is in talks to buy up to a 40% equity position in Indonesia's upstream player Medco Energi from two stakeholders,an IOC official said Aug 11."We are talking [with Medco stakeholders] and hopefully we can take a 40% stake," the IOC official said,adding the deal is far from being finalized.
