Fortunately, anthropologist Julian Brash has opened the debate with a careful examination of the Bloomberg administration's practices of urban governance. With Bloomberg's New York, Brash explores the class politics that surrounded the proposed development of Manhattan's far west side during Mayor Bloomberg's first and second terms.
