摘要

The causs of copper electrodeposition intensification in the presence of bifunctional heterocyclic compound (BFGS) in connection with specific peculiarities of its adsorption and influence on the kinetics of copper cathodic deposition from pyrophosphate solutions have been considered. It has been found under BFGS addition characteristic breaking on E, lgi-curves connected with pyrophosphate ions desorption disappears. It has been shown this effect is conditioned by the adsorption region's widening in direction of negative potentials under transition from pyrophosphate ions to BFGS.
