JBA Translates OECD Genetic Inventions Licensing Guidelines For Action in 2006

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) announced recently the "Guidelines for the Licensing of Genetic Inventions" that are seen having far-reaching ramifications on Japan and the world. OECD comprises some 30 governments to address the economic, social and environmental challenges involved in the globalization process.
