Caddick Developments is the frontrunner for the private-rented sector (PRS) phase of Co-operative Group's £800m Noma regeneration scheme in Manchester. The PRS aspect of the 4m sq ft scheme in the north of the city will comprise 400 homes for rent. The Yorkshire-based company is understood to have edged ahead of a number of other developers including Lend Lease, Grainger and Renaker Build. Caddick has formed a partnership with Generate Land for the residential development on the corner of Miller Street and Rochdale Road.
