The Rebuilding of the Aramoho Railway Bridge

All site work until now (July, 1961) has been executed by railway gangs. The steelwork has been fabricated at the railway workshops at Lower Hutt and East Town. Contracts have been let for constructing the extra pier and for the stressing of the northern abutment.
