BHS has named Thomas Brooks to the position of Director of Technology and Product Development. In this role Brooks will focus on leading new technology and product Scott Saunders of KW Plastics Recycling Division was re-elected Chairman of The Association of Postconsumer Plastic Recyclers its annual meeting last month. APR also elected three new members to serve on the Board: Jaime Camara of PETStar, Jon Stephens of Avangard Innovative, and Mike Westerfield of Dart Container Corporation.
