IoT BASED FIRE RESCUE ROBOT

摘要

In the ongoing revolution of Internet Internet of Things (IoT) has vital application in the field of robotics for the security and comfort of mankind. In order to provide safety and security, the authors came with the concept of remotely operated robotic vehicle using loT. Here, a new approach of monitoring and controlling the proposed robotic unit has been introduced. Raspberry Pi serves the purpose of medium to interface robotic unit with Internet. The robotic unit consists of arm which holds camera and can perform an omnidirectional revolution as per the commands received through Web page. The proposed system can be effectively used in fire prone areas to pick the object and place it in safer areas.
