The lance (21) has an extendable head (1) mounted on a hydraulic, computer controlled robot arm (20), and a point with various fire extinguishing agents. The head includes a tilting extinguishing device with an impulse extinguishing system having an impulse extinguishing opening. A detection unit in the head includes some cameras, such as a thermal camera, an infrared or a heat camera, some LED spotlights, various temperature sensors and infrared distance sensors. A casing of the head includes a microphone and a speaker.
