A Case of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome with Atypical Features

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is cranial polyneuropathy with facial nerve involvement as the main feature. We report a case of Ramsay Hunt syndrome with multiple cranial nerve involvement and emphasize the development of Ramsay Hund syndrome after herpes zoster infection in any of the zoster zones of the head and neck in spite of antiiral treatment.
