The company was born from a desire to both improve the dairy free chocolate market and to prove that a company can be run with ethics and environmental awareness at its core.rnI believe that British chocolate is rather poor in quality and the general public have been moving more and more towards good quality chocolate without all the cheap and heavy milk fats. Trends in the UK artisan chocolate market seems to include a greater desire for less milk and more cacao rich chocolate. As this awareness of good chocolate has grown, I wanted to help it along with my own style and flavours. The product we are most excited about is our new espresso chocolate shots that are based on an ancient Aztec recipe.
