Architect Latitude has won planning permission on behalf of GE Real Estate to redevelop its fifties industrial building on Fetter Lane just west of the City of London. The former printing/storage facility will be replaced with an 8,000m~2 office building that includes two additional floors that step back from the street frontages and vertical sun baffles to the floor-to-ceiling windows.
