Based on the case study on nine commercial websites of different industries, the paper puts forward fac- tors leading to the successful investment after examining the development of the selected enterprises, period and amount of investment program and their advantages over other candidate enterprises. It concludes that the investors of commer- cial website orient their investment to the enterprises with good leadership, reliable work team and business mode and great growth and market potential.
