Extremely accurate summary of BJ's overall pretty poor mayoralty, I would say ("Boris: For better or worse?", 15 April 2016, page 34). I just hope the incoming mayor can cancel some of the worst tower block schemes and save London's skyline - and the Thames' grandeur - from further abominations. It's getting to a point where we can't even see the Gherkin any more, which everyone loves. And please kill the Garden Bridge off once and for all - or move it to its logical place - between Kew Gardens and Old Isleworth.
