Three eye Make's £150m 20 Ropemaker deal

Cube bidders Multiplex and Sir Robert McAlpine are two of the three firms in the race for Make Architects' 20 Ropemaker Street in the City of London, Building understands. The pair are joined on the shortlist by Skanska for the 27-storey scheme, which gained planning approval nearly a year ago and is understood to have a construction cost north of £150m.
