女性の若年時と高齢時の適合服装色の差異

高齢女性に合う服装色を検討するために，若年時と高齢時の適合服装色の差異について顔面の加齢再現ソフト「oldify」を用いて研究を行った.実験は，24名の若年女性の顔面写真を試料とし，10形容詞対を用いてSD法の官能検査を行い，クラスター分析により3名のモデルを選出した.その結果，3名とも特に高彩度の赤の服装色で若年時と高齢時の印象差が大きかった.着装ィメージの因子分析では，若年時，高齢時とも活動性と評価性の2因子が抽出され，活動性の因子には赤'評価性の因子には高明度色が影響することが判明した.また，視覚的年齢評価では高彩度の青，白，高明度赤が若く，黒，暗い赤，暗い青が高齢に見えることが判明した.%Aiming to ascertain the most suitable color of clothes for elderly women, we conducted a study on the differences in suitable colors of clothes for both young and elderly women. Photographs of 24 young women were used as the test samples and a psychological test was conducted using an SD method. As a result, the facial images of three persons were chosen as the model images. Using those images, an image of an elderly face was synthesized for each of the three model persons using the Aged face maker software "Oldify". A psychological test was conducted using 48 images, which were created by combining clothes of eight different colors with two facial images (elderly and young) for each of the three chosen persons. The apparent age of the faces was then evaluated. Three factors, i.e., level of activity, kindness, and dignity were extracted from the analyses of the facial images. The most markedly different impression between the young and elderly ages for all of the three model persons was observed when clothes of a high-chrome red color were added to the images. A visual-age evaluation using quantification method I indicated that persons wearing clothes of blue, white, or pink color appeared younger, whereas those wearing clothes of a black, dark red, or dark blue color appeared more elderly.
