Chef Thieffine is currently the executive pastry chef at this famed property-having previously held pastry chef positions at other Ritz-Carlton properties in Palm Beach, Philadelphia and Kapalua. He is not only responsible for the bread, pastry and dessert offerings in the property's restaurants and room service, but also for catered events and the 'to-go' items at the cafes and retail counters.
