结构尺寸对有压洞衬砌温度应力的影响

         

摘要

Structure size of the tunnel lining concrete is an important factor in prevention of lining concrete cracks, including radius, lining thickness and gap length. An impact analysis of influence of thermal stress had been taken to the tunnel with different radius, lining thickness and gap length. Calculation results show that the structure size will have a significant impact on the thermal stress of the lining concrete. On the one hand, the greater the lining thickness, the higher the internal temperature, but the radius and gap length have little effect on the lining temperature field. On the other hand, the larger the structure size, the greater the temperature stress of the lining concrete, the more prone to cracks, therefore the appropriate temperature control measures are more stringent.%圆形有压泄洪洞结构尺寸包括洞径、衬砌厚度及分缝长度,是影响有压洞衬砌混凝土温控防裂的重要结构要素。对圆形有压泄洪洞进行不同洞径、不同衬砌厚度、不同分缝长度的温度场及温度应力场影响分析。结果表明,结构尺寸是影响有压洞衬砌混凝土温度应力的重要因素。一方面,洞径和分缝长度对衬砌温度场影响不大,而衬砌厚度越大,衬砌内部温度越高;另一方面,结构尺寸越大,衬砌温度应力越大,混凝土更容易出现裂缝,也因此要求施工中采取更严格的温控措施。
