The arrangement (1) has two shell portions (10, 11) extending along an extension direction (E), and a compensator (20) on which the shell portions are movably connected to each other along the extension direction. A protection element (30) projects from the one of the shell portions and covers the compensator along the extension direction for protection against external influences. The protection element comprises a hollow cylindrical protection area that surrounds the compensator perpendicular to the extension direction.
