This paper introduces the toxity control of toxic Chinese materia medica based on studies on ancient and modern literatures as well as the experimental outcomes .Also, it provides methods and research thoughts to eliminate toxicity through processing and compati-bility of Chinese materia medica .%从古、现文献学角度，并结合我们的实验研究结果，系统论述了有毒中药控毒：炮制减毒和配伍减毒的理论和方法和研究思路，为合理安排有毒中药提供。
