职业教育发端与发展的逻辑辨析

     

摘要

There are some arguments about the emergence and development of vocational education from different logical views such as technical rationality and human rationality, instrumental rationality and value rationality, science culture and humanity culture. These arguments have significant impacts on the policy, school management concept and teaching design. It is not in accordance with the history of the development of vocational education and not in line with the fundamental interests of the students to strip out the vocational education, which is a type of education, from whole education and too much emphasize technology and tool. We must investigate vocational education from concept combining with the technical rationality and human rationality, instrumental rationality and value rationality, and adopt many measures to promote the healthy development of vocational education.%职业教育产生与发展的逻辑向来有技术理性与人文理性、工具理性与价值理性、科技文化与人文文化等不同角度的争论,其争论又对职业教育政策供给、学校管理理念、教育教学设计等产生重大影响.职业教育是教育的一种类型,因此,如果用"白马非马"的思维方式将之从培养人的大教育中剥离出来,并过于强调用技术和工具价值去审视,既不符合职业教育发展的历史实际,又不符合职业教育受教育者的根本利益.在中国现实背景下,必须用技术理性与人文理性、工具理性与价值理性相结合的方式来考量职业教育,并据此采取促进职业教育健康发展的诸多措施.
