区域性职业教育集团顶层设计思考--以东营市职业教育集团为例

摘要

The regional vocational education group is helpful to regional economic development, regional educational resources sharing, the deepen of school-enterprise cooperation, the coordinated development of college and secondary professional school. Dongying began to set up regional vocational education group-Dongying City Vocational Education Group in 2013. According to the characteristic of social economy of Dongying and the current situation of vocational education industry, this paper make a design to the organization structure, organizational nature, form of property rights, the dominant type of Dongyingcity vocational education group.%区域性职业教育集团有利于区域经济发展环境优化、区域职业教育资源共享、区域校企深度合作和中高职协调发展。以东营市职业教育集团为例，结合东营市经济特点和职业教育发展现状，设计东营市职业教育集团的组织结构、产权实现形式、组织性质、主导类型等可为东营市职业教育集团的筹建和运行提供理论指导，并为国内其他职业教育集团提供经验借鉴。
