高职专业课程“多元化”过程考核评价改革实践--以汽车专业课程为例

         

摘要

For common problems existed in the specialized courses in higher vocational colleges of traditional evaluation, based on the graduates tracking business survey and feedback, based on the internationalization of education idea,“diversification”of the process evaluation model is proposed. Taking professional courses in higher vocational colleges as an example, after 3 years of pilot experimental class, compared with the ordinary class, pilot class in the professional quality training, classroom organization and appearance, teaching contents and teaching methods, innovation, learning method and learning effect, master professional skills, the satisfaction of enterprise and achieved good results, so as to realize the purpose of the assessment for teaching.%针对高职院校专业课程传统考核存在的共性问题,基于毕业生跟踪调查与企业反馈,基于国际化教育理念,改革传统考核模式,建立多元评价主体,过程考核与期末考核相结合的考核评价模式。以高职汽车专业课程为入口,经过3年试点班实验,相对普通班,在职业素养培养、课堂组织与面貌、教学内容与教学方法创新、学习方法与学习效果,职业技能掌握、企业满意度等方面均取得好的效果。实现了考核促进教学的目的。
