基于'双线并行'运行机制的顶岗实习信息化管理模式研究

         

摘要

当前高职院校顶岗实习普遍存在管理机制不完善、管理信息化水平不高、管理实效不显著等问题,对此,构建基于双主体、双导师、双管控、双考核、双证书理念的"双线并行"运行机制的顶岗实习信息化管理模式.该管理模式以"五双"运行机制为基础,以信息化网络管理平台为载体,有效保障顶岗实习质量,企业深度参与实习过程管控.实践经验证明,该信息化管理模式能较好解决顶岗实习广泛存在的问题,显著提高顶岗实习管控效果,可为同类高职院校顶岗实习管理参考和借鉴.%At present, there are many problems in the process of internship in higher vocational colleges, such as the imperfect management mechanism, the low level of management information, in significant management effectiveness, and so on. To resolve these problems, the"two-line parallel" mechanism of the internship information management model is put forward. The management model has many advantages, such as based on "five double" operation mechanism, regarding information network management platform as the carrier, effectively guaranteeing the quality of internship, and the enterprises' deep participation in management and control of internship process. Practical experience has proved that the information management model can solve the problems in the process of internship well, and significantly improve the effectiveness of internship management, which can be studied and learned by similar higher vocational colleges.
