大跨度连续刚构桥中跨合龙段顶推施工技术

         

摘要

The continuous rigid frame bridge of the Shenyang-Haikou expressway of Putian Bridge in Xiangpu Railway has the characteristics of large span, small radius, much construction interference, large safety hazard and complicated technology. Through the summary of the incremental launching construction technology of mid-span closure section, the author hopes to provide reference and recommendations for the future construction of similar bridge. Through the calculation, comparison and analysis, the dual control principle of pier top offset control at first and supplemented by the top thrust control is got to guide construction, and this control principle can be more conducive to improving the deformation of the main beam and pier, and can effectively improve the force in bottom of the pier and the top of the pile beam consolidation.%向莆铁路莆田特大桥跨沈海高速公路连续刚构桥具有跨度大、小半径、施工干扰多、安全隐患大、技术复杂等特点,通过对对中跨合龙段顶推施工技术总结回顾,希望可为今后同类特大桥施工提供借鉴和建议.通过计算、对比、分析,得出四点同时、同步顶推,墩顶偏移控制为主,顶推力控制为辅的双控原则进行指导施工,能够更有利于改善主梁和桥墩的变形,并可以有效改善桥墩底部、顶部墩梁固结处的受力.
