PRO-ENVIRONMENT PRESTRESSED LONG SPAN LIGHT-WEIGHT PRECAST CONCRETE PANEL AND THIS CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE

摘要

PURPOSE: A long-span lightweight precast concrete panel with an environment-friendly effect and a construction method thereof are provided to minimize environmental contamination by minimizing construction waste. CONSTITUTION: A long-span lightweight precast concrete panel with an environment-friendly effect is composed of a precast concrete panel(100), linear adjusting bars(130), steel rod guide sheaths(140), horizontal steel rods, steel rods mounting plates, steel rods(150), steel rod tension devices, main steel bars(110), binding wires(190), and binding clamps(200). The linear adjusting bars are installed in the middle inflection points of the steel rods. The steel rod guide sheaths are attached on the linear adjusting bars. The horizontal steel rods connect the steel rod guide sheaths. The steel rod mounting plates are installed in the end of the steel rods. The steel rod tension devices are installed between the steel rods. The main steel bars are arranged inside the precast concrete panel.
