高氯化物原油加工对常减压设备腐蚀预测与控制措施

         

摘要

The paper introduced corrosion problems caused by chlorine-containing addi-tives using in the upstream operation of the reifning unit processing Tahe crude oil,the above mentioned corrosion problems mainly existed in the light components systems such as atmospher-ic tower top and naphtha system. The fundamental measures to solve the corrosion problemswere canceling the usage of chlorine- containing additives in the upstream operation and con-trolling on the chlorine- containing of the incoming crude oil,furthermore,content of chlorineion in the tower top could be controlled by optimization on the desalter and the three injection a-gents such as ammonia,water and corrosion inhibitor and supervision inspection.%介绍含氯原油的装置造成的腐蚀问题,其对装置腐蚀的影响主要集中在轻组分系统,包括常顶系统以及石脑油系统。应对这一问题的根本措施是控制进厂原油氯含量,此外可以通过优化“一脱三注”控制塔顶氯离子含量并做好监检测。
