城市规划中的土地利用与交通规划互适性评价

摘要

Based on the complex relationship between land use planning and transportation planning, the paper tried to analyze the mutual adaptability of land use planning and transportation planning under a quantitative research framework. City area in Changsha had been used as an case to demonstrate the appropriate improvement measurement in planning, and to discuss the possibility that the back-stepping approach can be used in traffic facility planning to archive an appropriate FAR, and to facilitate the integrative development between land use planning and transportation planning.%基于土地利用与交通规划之间相互影响、相互制约的关系，本文针对目前规划编制过程中普遍存在的问题，对土地利用与交通规划互适性评价的定量研究方法进行了初步探索。而后以长沙市湘府东路某街坊为例，对该方法进行了具体实践应用，并进一步探讨了各种调整改善措施，以及由交通设施反推容积率的可能性，以期促进土地利用与交通规划的协同编制与一体化发展。
