This paper mainly use the method of experiment and randomly selected 30 men from the physical dominion of Shanxi normal University, being divided into experiment group and control group, in order to explore and analyze the influence and application of core strength training in the teaching of volleyball jumping serve technique. Conclusion: After the 12 weeks core strength training, the physical quality of the experiment group enhanced, especially back and belly muscle. Compared with the traditional strength training method, core strength training more effectively improves the success rate of jumping serve and velocity. So core strength training is a kind method of improving the jumping serve technique teaching.%采用实验的方法,随机选取陕西师范大学体育学院排球专项男生30名,分为实验组与对照组进行实验,探索和分析核心力量训练在排球跳发球教学训练中的影响效果以及应用。结论:实验组的学生经过12周核心力量训练后,身体素质得到提高,尤其是背部、腹部肌群有了明显提高,核心力量显著增强。与传统力量训练方法相比,核心力量训练更具有针对性,能更加高效地提高排球跳发球的成功率和球速,是一种值得在排球跳发球教学中采用的训练方法。
