Aim:the article surveys the effect of core strength training to physical indicators of college girls and discusses its internal mechanism to verify the effectiveness of core strength to exercise. Method:random selects 100 college girls from“Movement of melody”fitness guidance team as object of study and divides them into experimental group and control group,and analyzes the change of indicator before and after experiment by pair T test. Result:core strength training could change woman’s cardio-pulmonary function,increases body diathesis and remit mental stress and psychological pressure in various degrees. Conclusion:core strength traininghas contributed to the improvement of college girls’body shape and the optimizing of body composition and improves body diathesis and cardio-pulmonary function obviously.%目的:研究核心力量训练对大学女生身体各指标的影响,探讨其内在机制,验证核心力量对健身方法的有效性。方法:在学校开展的本科生“运动旋律”健身指导团队中随机选取100名女大学生为研究对象,分成实验组和对照组,利用配对t检验对实验前后各指标变化进行分析。结果:核心力量训练可改变女性的心肺功能,提高女性身体素质,并能有效缓解不同程度的精神紧张与心理压力。结论:核心力量训练有助于大学女生身体形态的改善和身体成分的优化,使身体素质和心肺功得到明显的改善。
