钻井船生活区模块整体吊装有限元分析

摘要

In order to ensure the safety of the integral lifting operation of the accommodation module for a drill -ship, the structural strength is assessed by FEA in MSC Patran/Nastran software .In the calculation , the designed loads are computed in terms of the rule of GL-Noble Denton, so as to get the structural responses under the lifting condition .The lifting slings are also simulated to accurately calculate the response of lifting pad-eyes, furthermore, the load of each hook of lifting barge can be calcu-lated to avoid overload .%为保证对总重近1 500 t的钻井船生活区模块整体吊装顺利进行,采用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件进行有限元分析,计算载荷按照GL-Noble Denton规范选取,计算得到生活区模块的结构响应,分析中模拟钢丝绳索具,从而能更准确地计算吊耳的应力和变形,同时还能够得到浮吊的每个钩头的实际载荷,保证单个钩头载荷不超载.
