参考咨询馆员能力探讨——对ALA-Joblist招聘启示的分析

摘要

本文采用内容分析的方法,通过搜集ALA-Joblist中有关＂参考咨询＂的招聘信息,经过对数据的整理与分析,提出了参考咨询馆员所应具备的能力：服务能力、公关交际能力、技术能力、管理能力、资源管理能力。并据此探讨其对我国图书馆学专业本科教育的启示。%Adopting the method of content analysis, through collecting the recruitment information of ALA Joblist in relation to" reference", after the data collection and analysis, the article puts forward that the reference librarians should have the following abilities to service readers:service ability, public relations and communication skills, tech nical skills, management ability, resource management ability. And accordingly the author talks about Chinese un dergraduate course education of Library Science.
