职业被认可度偏低以及自身缺乏职业价值观自觉,是导致高校辅导员职业幸福感状况不容乐观的主要因素.按照道德与幸福有机统一的伦理逻辑,通过高校师德建设促进辅导员师德修养,应该成为提升辅导员职业幸福感的基本思路.具体地,这一思路可以通过制度伦理构建的路径展开,并应重点关照两个层面的问题,一是正视辅导员的正当利益诉求,处理好其权利、义务、责任间的关系,二是建立健全辅导员职业道德评价制度.%Low professional recognition and lack of professional values are the main factors resulting in the poor situation of col-lege counselors' professional well-being. According to the ethical logic that morality and well-being are organically united, to pro-mote counselors' morality and cultivation through teachers' morality construction should become the main way to improve counselors' professional well-being. Specifically, the way can be carried out through the construction of institutional ethics and two issues should be emphasized:paying attention to counselors' le-gitimate interest demands and well handling the relationship a-mong their rights, obligations and responsibilities; establishing the evaluation system for counselors' professional morality.
