论大学校训中的诚信文化及其育人效应

摘要

The integrity culture in university mottos has both ex-plicit and implicit aspects, and the "implicit" integrity culture hidden behind"explicit"words is the main component of integri-ty culture in university mottos. To give play to the positive role of university mottos in the formation of university teachers and stu-dents' integrity is to go into the deep meaning of university mottos and give play to the cultural traits of university mottos, thus re-constructing the perception of integrity internally and shaping in-tegrity models and establishing integrity atmosphere externally.%大学校训中的诚信文化有"显性"和"隐性"之分,其中,隐藏在"显性"文字后面的"隐性"诚信文化是大学校训中诚信文化的主要组成部分.发挥大学校训对于高校师生诚信素质养成的积极作用,就是要挖掘大学校训中的诚信内涵,发挥大学校训的文化特质,对内实现诚信认知的重建,对外实现诚信模范的塑造和诚信氛围的营造.
