聚丙烯轴流泵机械密封的国产化改造

摘要

分析了P200轴流泵进口机械密封的结构及国产化改造过程。通过对进口密封材料、结构的优化设计，国产化后密封综合性能优于进口密封。自2011年10月国产化密封投入使用以来，至今运转稳定，取得良好的密封改造效果。%This paper analyzed the structure and domestic production modification process of imported mechanical seal of P200 axial pump. By optimization design in material and structure,the comprehensive performance of the seal after domestication is better than the imported seal. Since put into operation from October of 2011,the seal has run stably and good sealing effect has been obtained.
