高效液相色谱法测定银栀口服液中绿原酸的含量

摘要

目的 建立测定银栀口服液中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法.方法 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20:80),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:327 nm,柱温:30 ℃,进样量:10 μL.结果 绿原酸浓度在2.184~109.2 μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为1.48%(n=6).结论 本方法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于银栀口服液中绿原酸的含量测定.%Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in yinzhi oral solution. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18( 4. 6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm )was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 5% acetic acid( 20: 80 ),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ ,the inject volume was 10 jjlL. Results A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was observed within the range of 2. 184 ~ 109. 2 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 98. 65% with RSD of 1. 48% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and accurate,it can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in yinzhi oral solution.
