低黏度聚α-烯烃合成油加氢技术研究

摘要

采用中国石油石油化工研究院开发的Ni-W/Al2O3型加氢精制催化剂对聚α-烯烃PAO4 的粗产品进行加氢精制.结果表明:在反应温度240～260 ℃、反应压力4. 0～8. 0 MPa、体积空速0. 2～0. 4 h-1、氢油体积比 300～600 的工艺条件下,PAO4 加氢产品中芳烃含量达到国外同类优秀产品水平;PAO4 加氢产品经过 90 天光照后不变色,具有较好的光安定性.%The PAO4 raw product was hydrogenated using Ni-W/Al2O3catalyst developed by Pet-roChina Petrochemical Research Institute. The optimal reaction conditions were determined. The results showed that at 240-260 ℃,4. 0-8. 0 MPa,LHSV 0. 2-0. 4 h-1,and the hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 300-600,the hydrogenated PAO4 has a similar aromatic content with the PAO4 products abroad. No Saybolt color changes of the hydrogenated PAO4 are observed after light test for 90 days,indicating its good light stability.
