目的:探讨个性化信息支持对乳腺癌化疗患者疾病不确定感的影响.方法:选取疾病不确定感量表得分处于高、中水平的乳腺癌化疗患者103名,前51名为对照组,后52名为实验组,根据患者的信息需求对实验组患者进行个性化信息支持,对照组接受病房护士提供的健康指导.采用描述性统计学方法与t检验对数据进行分析.结果:两组患者入院时疾病不确定感总分及其两个维度差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).实验组在干预后的疾病不确定感总分及其两个维度均明显降低(P＜0.05),对照组自身前后疾病不确定感变化不明显(P＞0.05).结论:根据乳腺癌化疗患者信息需求进行的个性化信息支持能显著降低其疾病不确定感.%Objective:To explore the practical effect of personalized information support on uncertainty in illness among breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy. Methods :103 patients who received chemotherapy with high and moderate illness uncertainty were randomly divided into two groups. The first 51 subjects were assigned to the conrtol group,other 52 subjects were assigned to the experimental group. The control group received routine information,while the experimental group received information support according to the patients' personalized information demands. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t test. Results:There were no statistical differences in terms of the general score of illness uncertainty and its two dimensions of uncertainty between the two groups before information support (P ＞0.05). However, after information support,the illness uncertainty level of experimental group cases showed significantly decrease,and so did two dimensions of uncertainty (P ＜ 0.05 ). But there were no statistical differences on the illness level of control group cases after receiving rourine information ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusions: Information support according to the patients ' personalized information demands can significantly reduce illness uncertainty level of breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy.
