应用于危重症护理实训高级模拟人临床情景案例的设计

摘要

目的 设计高级模拟人临床情景案例应用于危重症护理实训.方法 运用文献法及头脑风暴法梳理危重症护理基本知识、技能及综合能力要求,初步确立高级模拟入临床情景案例设计原则、内容、数量、结构以及结合案例开展模拟实训的时间和形式,在此基础上运用专家咨询法论证临床情景案例的总体可行性.结果 专家咨询权威系数Cr=0.907,专家对案例设计的可行性判断变异系数均＜0.5,最终构建完成危重症护理相关高级模拟人临床情景案例,案例结构包含10大模块.结论 高级模拟人临床情景案例设计符合危重症护理基本特点和要求,应用于临床实训具有较强的可行性.%Objective To design clinical scenario cases with patient simulators for critical nursing simulation training. Methods Literature review and brain-storming method were adopted to sort out the basic knowledge,skills and comprehensive ability requirements of critical nursing and preliminarily determine the design principles, contents, quantities and structures of clinical scenario cases as well as the time and forms of critical nursing simulation training. Then, expert consultation was used to discuss and test the feasibility of clinical scenario cases. Results The specialist authority coefficient was 0. 907. The variation coefficients of feasibilities were all below 0. 5. The clinical scenario cases of critical nursing were finally established, including 10 structures. Conclusion With strong clinical simulation training feasibility, Clinical scenario cases with patient simulators conform to the basic standards and requirements of critical care.
