文章以实时以太网EtherCAT技术为基础构建网络结构,组建了一个三轴并联高性能伺服控制系统.硬件设计方面选用了施耐德Ser系列伺服电机和Lexium17D系列伺服驱动器,以及德国倍福公司的ET1100设备系列的运动控制器.软件方面使用Unilink和TwinCat提供运动控制程序运行平台.此系统实时性好、组网简单,可用于复杂加工控制领域中的高性能三轴联动伺服控制.%In this paper, a network structure based on the technology of EtherCAT (the real-time Ethernet) was constructed and a high-performance servo control system of three axis parallel has been formed. On hardware design it chose Schneider ser series servo motor>Lexiuml7D series servo drive modules and Beckhoff company' s motion controller-ETl100 series equipments. The Softwares such as Unilink and TwinCat were used to support the motion control application. Because of its good real-time and simply networking,The system can be used for high-performance triaxial linkage servo control in complex processing control area.
