Due to huge amount of surplus steam in steelmaking enterprises to be used for heating in winter, the steam turbines of the steelmakers often do not have enough steam to operate. A new-type converter steam absorption heat exchange system was provided, which can save energy and has improved the operation rate of waste heat power stations.%钢铁企业在采暖季由于大量富裕蒸汽用于采暖，导致蒸汽量不足，汽轮机无法运行。提出了一种新型转炉蒸汽吸收式换热系统，能够节省采暖用的蒸汽，解决了提高余热电站的运转率。
