基于临床路径的珠海市某医院单病种住院费用及其影响因素分析

摘要

Objective: To understand the hospitalization expenses of clinical pathway treatment of six single diseases and discuss the influen-cing factors of the hospitalization expense in a hospital in zhuhai.Methods:Collecting the data of clinical pathway with hospitalized patients of six single diseases in a certain third class hospital in Zhuhai from January 2012 to December 2013, by using the descriptive statistics, rank sum test, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression.Results: The medicine fee, the examination fee, the inspection fee and the operation fee were the main structure of hospitalization expense.The major influencing factor was the length of stay.Conclusion: The hospital should lighten the medical expenses by controlling the ratio of the main medical fee, strengthening the management of clinical pathway and shortening the length of stays.%目的：了解珠海市某三甲综合医院实施临床路径治疗的6个单病种住院费用情况，探讨费用影响因素。方法：收集珠海市某三甲综合医院2012年1月－2013年12月6个单病种住院患者的临床路径数据，采用描述性分析、秩和检验分析、相关分析以及多元线性回归分析方法进行分析。结果：药品费、检查费、检验费、手术费是单病种住院费用的主要构成部分，住院天数是住院费用的主要影响因素。结论：医院要有效控制各项医疗费用比例，加强临床路径管理工作，缩短患者住院天数，降低患者医疗费用。
