GSK-3β在肾脏疾病中的作用

Glycogen synthase kinase 3β ( GSK-3β ) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in multiple cellular responses,such as cell growth, differentiation, programmed cell death, and infiammatory response.GSK-3β has been found to regulate the activation of proinfiammatory nuclear factor κB ( NF- κB ) and expression of NF- κB-mediated chemoattractants. Some studies show that GSK-3β is involved in human and experimental infiammatory disorders, such as acute renal failure, diabetic nephropathy, and chronic graft kidney disease. Therefore, the inhibition of GSK-3β activity can be a therapeutic target of kidney diseases.%糖原合成酶激酶3β(GSK-3β)是一种丝/苏氨酸激酶,GSK调节多种细胞反应,如细胞生长、分化、程序性死亡和炎性反应.目前研究发现,GSK-3β调控着促炎因子核因子κB(NF-κB)的活化,及NF-κB介导的趋化因子的表达.近年来一些研究揭示GSK-3β参与人和实验模型中的炎症性疾病,如急性肾衰竭、糖尿病肾病、慢性移植肾肾病.因此,抑制GSK-3β的活性可作为治疗肾脏疾病的靶点.
