神经降压素对肠道黏膜屏障影响的研究进展

     

摘要

Intestinal mucosal barrier includes mechanical or physical mucosal barrier,immune mucosal barrier,chemical or biological mucosal barrier.It contributes to preventing intestinal bacteria,endotoxin and other pathogenic antigen from invading the submucosa,playing an irreplaceable role in maintaining the integ-rity of intestinal mucosa.The intestinal mucosa barrier damage will cause all kinds of adverse reactions of intestine and even the whole body,such as bacterial translocation and endotoxemia.Nurotensin,which is a kind of gut peptide,has been proven to be an effective nutritious peptide to intestinal mucosa in recent years . It is both nutritious to normal intestinal mucosal and prothetic to atrophic mucosa .%肠道黏膜屏障包括物理屏障、免疫屏障和化学屏障,具有阻碍肠道细菌、内毒素等致病性抗原侵入黏膜下层的作用,在维持肠道黏膜的完整性及其功能方面是不可替代的。一旦肠道黏膜屏障受损将引起肠道甚至全身各种不良反应,如细菌移位和内毒素血症等严重情况的发生。神经降压素是一种强有力的肠黏膜营养肽,属于脑-肠肽的范畴,不仅对正常肠道黏膜有营养作用,而且对损伤或萎缩黏膜也同样具有修复作用。
