产肠毒素大肠杆菌对仔猪肠道黏膜屏障功能的影响及其损伤修复研究进展

摘要

完整的肠道黏膜结构是其功能实现的基础, 也是畜禽健康生长的重要保障.产肠毒素大肠杆菌 (ETEC) 是引起仔猪腹泻的主要病原体之一.ETEC及其代谢产物可引起肠道上皮细胞代谢紊乱, 破坏黏膜结构, 导致功能失调, 进而损害畜禽肠道健康.本文就ETEC对仔猪肠道黏膜屏障功能的影响及其损伤修复研究进展作一综述, 旨在为养猪生产中预防和治疗仔猪细菌性腹泻提供参考.%The integrity of intestinal mucosa structure is not only the basis of its function, but also an important guarantee for the healthy growth of livestock and poultry.Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) is one of the main pathogens causing diarrhea of piglets.ETEC and its metabolites can cause metabolic disorder of intestinal epithelial cells, damage mucosal structure, lead to dysfunction, and then damage intestinal health of livestock and poultry.In this paper, the effects of ETEC on intestinal mucosal barrier function and injury repair of piglets were reviewed, in order to provide references for the prevention and treatment of bacterial diarrhea in pig production.
