对肉制品中淀粉含量的两种标准检验方法进行了对比分析,研究了采用不同处理方法对淀粉含量检测结果的影响。结果表明,采用不同的处理方法,肉制品中淀粉含量基本相同。%Two standard detection methods for starch content in meat products were compared and analyzed .The effect of using different treatment methods on the detection results of starch content was studied .Theresults showed that the starch content of meat products was basically the same by using dif -ferent treatment methods .
