基于面积的结合面切向动刚度特性研究

         

摘要

The tangential dynamic stiffness of fixed joints of different areas was investigated based on a lot of experiments. It showed that the tangential dynamic stiffness values per unit area of fixed joints of different areas were different under the same average contact pressure, and pointed out the shortcomings of "Ji-cun -yun-xiao method", also studied the effect of load on tangential dynamic stiffness of fixed joints, and got an analytical relation between tangential dynamic stiffness and the load. It laid the foundation for calculating the dynamic characteristics parameters of fixed joints of different areas.%在大量试验的基础上,通过研究不同面积结合面的切向动刚度特性,表明了在相同的平均接触压力下,结合面的面积不同,其单位面积切向动刚度是不同的,并指出了运用"吉村允孝法"计算结合面切向动刚度存在的不足;同时研究了载荷对结合面切向动刚度的影响,得到了切向动刚度与载荷的解析关系,为解决不同面积结合面动态特性参数的计算奠定基础.
