Disclosed is a method to investigate a cut surface of a bedrock based on a stereo vision. According to an aspect of an embodiment, the method to investigate a cut surface of a bedrock from a pair of images wherein the cut surface of the bedrock is photographed at each different point of view comprises: a first process of searching a left feature point and a right feature point within an area where the pair of images is overlapped to each other, and matching the searched left and right feature points; a second process of additionally searching the left and right feature points within a selected section inputted by a user in one image among a pair of images, and a corresponding section thereto in an other image, matching the additionally searched left and right feature points; and a third process of calculating three-dimensional feature points using two-dimensional coordinates of the left and right feature points matched to each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
