多工作台交换定位夹紧机构改进与应用

摘要

The FMS800 workbench exchange positioning and clamping mechanism characteristics and precision assurance methods were introduced.In FMS,two KHC80μ high precision horizontal machining center was needed to combine with 24 pieces of workbench,and the repositioning precision was required within 0.008 mm,so the positioning mechanism and its installation and adjustment method should be improved and optimized,to reach the needs of FMS.%介绍了FMS800柔性生产线工作台交换定位夹紧机构结构特点与精度保证方法.柔性生产线中两台KHC80μ高精度卧式加工中心需与24块工作台任意组合,并要求交换重复定位精度在0.008 mm以内,所以需对定位机构以及其安装与调整方式进行改进与优化,以满足柔性线的使用需求.
