基于区域物流人才培养的新疆高校物流专业课程体系改革

摘要

In this paper, from the perspective of the cultivation of regional logistics talents, we analyzed in detail the necessity for the reform of the curricular system of the university logistics specialty in Xinjiang, and proposed the general line of thinking and principle for the reform.%从区域物流人才培养的角度出发，详细分析了新疆高校物流专业课程体系改革的必要性，提出物流专业课程体系改革的思路和原则，旨在构造体现自身特点并满足区域经济发展所需物流人才的物流专业课程体系，实现课程体系与培养目标及区域经济发展需求的统一，从而提高新疆高校物流专业毕业生的就业数量和质量。
